Strategically unlock the ramparts, grow your awareness and be the first one to reach the Bindu, the palace of serenity.
Bindu Mandala is an immersive tabletop game that draws inspiration from the ancient Sanātana Dharma culture . Players embark on a profound journey of self-discovery and enlightenment, navigating the beautifully designed game board featuring the Sri Chakra, devised into 9 avaranam, leading to the ultimate destination—the Bindu, a symbol of total self-awareness.
Each player’s progress is influenced by their accumulated awareness, earned through strategically playing awareness cards. Interaction between players is encouraged through various cards that allow them to gain awareness or hinder opponents. The game intricately blends elements of strategy and competition, providing an engaging experience for players of all ages and backgrounds. Bindu Mandala not only delivers hours of enjoyment but also serves as a gateway to explore the depth and beauty of Hindu culture, appealing to both Hindus and non-Hindus alike.
The board is a Mandala called the Sri Chakra. The Mandala turns and should face each player during their turn (purple triangle facing you.) There are 101 numbered positions on the board and a red dot at the center. The Red center (Bindu) of the Mandala is the final and last position, 102, and it is unmarked. This Red center is where you must reach to win. The trapezoid board includes 4 positions for 4 Display Cards, 1 position for the Deck, and 1 position for the Discard Pile. The area just in front of each player, off the board is the Field.
